Super Happy Fun Banana Muffins



2 1/2 cups of almond flour
1/4 cup of safflower oil
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/8 tsp of salt
2 small bananas

22 minutes at 350... mix dry into wet

Lemon Cookies



-1/8 tsp of gluten free baking powder
-2 1/4 cups of almond flour
-5 tbsp of melted butter
-1/4 cup of honey
-lemon juice and lemon zest
-some vanilla

Ground Turkey And Rice Spaghetti



-ground turkey
-zucchini
-carrots
-mushrooms
-garlic
-rice pasta

Fry up the turkey, add the veggies (any veggies work). Add boiled pasta into and yea dinner.

Catfish



-an egg
-tumeric
-garlic powder
-rice flour
-rice breadcrumbs
-oregano
-butter/olive oil
-catfish fillet

Dip catfish in rice flour, then coat in egg (I put the spices in the egg mixture), then coat in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil/butter to just enough to brown each side. Put in a dish and bake at 350 for about 13 minutes under foil.

Chicken Wings



-oregano
-salt
-tumeric
-honey
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-lemon juice
-olive oil
-organic chicken wings


In a big ziplock bag, add a few cups of water, couple tbsp of salt, and a dash of tumeric, garlic and onion powder. A bit of honey, olive oil and lemon juice, then add the chicken wings to the bag. Put in fridge for a few hours. Place on a greased baking pan, cook at 360 for 25 minutes, flip, then cook 15 minutes. Amounts of ingredients doesnt really matter, you cant go wrong.

Zucchini / Carrot Muffins



3 cups of shredded carrots and zucchini
2 eggs
1/3 cup of honey
some vanilla
under 1/3 cup of coconut oil

3 cups of almond flour
tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of cinnamon
dash of salt

Put wet into dry and mix. Cook at 360 for 21 minutes. Makes 12


Gluten Free Onion Rings
-1 egg
-a white onion
-rice flour
-rice breadcrumbs
-olive oil
-salt
-oregano


Cut onion into their circular shapes, about 1cm think. Separate and coat in rice flour, dip into mixed egg, then coat with the rice breadcrumbs (I blend rice puff cereal to get this). Fry in hot olive oil a couple minutes a side and there you go.
