Lemon Cookies
-1/8 tsp of gluten free baking powder
-2 1/4 cups of almond flour
-5 tbsp of melted butter
-1/4 cup of honey
-lemon juice and lemon zest
-some vanilla
Courtesy of Recipes for the SCD Diet by Raman Prasad, a great cookie recipe. Add the dry into the wet gradually and mix into a ball. Cook for 10 minutes at 350.
