Zucchini / Carrot Muffins



3 cups of shredded carrots and zucchini
2 eggs
1/3 cup of honey
some vanilla
under 1/3 cup of coconut oil

3 cups of almond flour
tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of cinnamon
dash of salt

Put wet into dry and mix. Cook at 360 for 21 minutes. Makes 12
